- Create visually appealing and responsive email templates for email marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in branding across email communications.
- Design graphics for online advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and other paid media placements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that drive click-through and conversion rates.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain a design style guide to be used across different platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing.
- Bring innovative and creative ideas to the team to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including images, graphics, and templates.
- Ensure that all graphics and visuals are optimized for various platforms and devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital marketing materials and campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing goals into visually appealing designs.
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
